Return Policy

All Pillows must be returned unopened & unused within 30 days of purchasing. 3 Reasons for Returns:

  • Wrong Size
  • Wrong Item Shipped
  • Defective Item

All returns must be authorized. To receive authorization for a return, you must contact customer service at info@italianpillows.com to obtain a Return Authorization number known as RA number. Please include your order number.

Pillows

Do not discard packaging for pillows, including corrugated boxes and plastic covers as pick up at your location CANNOT AND WILL NOT take place unless they are packed with original packaging items. No Exceptions.

Please note, we do not back order. If the requested items are not in stock by the time we process your RA, your credit card will be refunded for the value of the items returned to our warehouse to avoid further delay on your request.

All items must be returned in a new, unused and unwashed condition. All original tags must still be attached.

Send your return to UPS after we provide you with a return label. Please include return with addresses, day time phone number & cellular phone number (if applicable). Please include photocopy of your order confirmation and RA number along purchase order number on the top right corner of your original purchase Invoice. (P.O Number) Pack your items in the original shipping box if possible and insure your package for the full value of merchandise and return it using the delivery service of your choice. We will not be responsible for lost or stolen return. You must include the RA number given to you with your return. We will notify you once your return has been processed.
